| This wasn't such a bright idea. I was tried modifying a false bottom I had installed in my kettle by sewing some fine mesh nylon onto it. Result: the wort underneath wasn't able to flow in and out easily and scorched. The beer tasted like a cigar and we poured 10 gallons of Fat Tire out on the driveway. |
